The 2014 SAIS Global Conference on Women in the Boardroom will bring together CEOs and board chairs of publicly traded companies, leaders of business organizations that have championed boardroom diversity, stock exchange executives, government officials, institutional investors, search firm executives, academics and international experts, to assess progress in the United States and around the globe on achieving gender balance on corporate boards, and torecommend practical, business-led initiatives to accelerate the selection of qualified women for board seats.

Keynote: Mary Jo White, Chair, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

The two-day event will feature both private and public sessions, and will culminate in a report highlighting key observations, conclusions, and action items. The SAIS conference has become a must-attend event for business leaders and officials focused on boardroom diversity.
